Since its beginning in 1998, Maple Street School has relied on the generosity and commitment of its parents to partner in making the school the best it can be and lending a hand where it is needed. These strong partnerships between parents, teachers, staff and students are fostered through an active Parent Association. Each grade has a designated Grade Parent (or two), and all parents are invited and encouraged to attend monthly Grade Parent meetings. Other ways that we ask families to partner with us is through special events organization and attendance, participation in the Annual Fund, and classroom volunteering for field trips and other needs.
